I've kept working on the Offbeat News segment, and through trials and tribulations, it's come out pretty well. Since the beginning (or rather, since after the first show) I wanted to take it to the next level by adding a blog or otherwise and internet presence for it.
So for that reason, I've created a blog for it - you can see it at http://offbeatnewswithtom.blogspot.com/.
I'll be posting stuff ...

The second episode of Offbeat news with Tomás Monzón aired today on the SMSH newscast! On this episode, I'm talking about lowr death rates being linked to summer vacation, as well as introducing a new segment, featuring some of the funniest Internet video.
I'm also thinking of opening up a blog directly related to Offbeat News, as it's obvious I'll be doing this segment for a while (which I'm ecstatic about!!!!
). More on that in the next post here on the websit...

Hey everyone! As you guys might know, I participate at the newscast at my high school, and this year I'll be producing the Offbeat News segment.
Basically, it'll be that - just offbeat, weird, and hopefully uplifting news, to add a comical spin to the usual school and world news.
But, of course, I'll strive to make it as interesting as possible. The debut ...

Hello, everyone! A few weeks ago, the first Tomás at Large Production meeting was held! It was a great turnout (about 10 people) and all that came are really excited about the project. We had a lot of good ideas and very good exchange between one another, and the crew is really looking forward to making a great product. But enough of this pretty word talk - you guys want to know what's going on!
So, I've decided to make a category here at the Visionary Produ...

Hey everyone! Seeing the growing popularirty of Facebook, as well as seeing that very many people are on it (those two words, in fact, fail to even slightly do it justice), and also, seeing I have a Facebook account myself, I decided to create a Facebook page for Visionary Productions.
Basically, the Facebook page will be used mostly by me and the crew...

Hey guys! I've got a brand new video for you! Shot May 2009, this English class project, documenting the life of Holden Caulfield, from J.D. Salinger's The Catcher in the Rye, is sure to rock your funny bones!
Cliché. I know. But really, it's a mix of comedy with serious interview. I hope you like it.
